CFM Action Plan Please enable JavaScript in your browser to complete this form. This worksheet is for you. It is meant to be filled out when you are ready to apply for CFMA status. First we want you to be able to pray with and receive input from other Practicum participants, the Practicum coaching staff, and your E3 Team Leader. This Action Plan will provide helpful guidelines for you to implement when you return home. If you have any difficulty connecting with your E3 Team Leader, please email Ann Harris at ann.harris@ficm.org and she will be happy to help you.Name *FirstLastEmail *QuestionsHow would you describe the current state of your CFM? Be specific. (E.g. haven’t started but am praying about it; forming our leadership team; already conducting teaching events, etc.) How healthy and growing is your CFM? *What is your church leadership’s view of the CFM? What do you need to do once you get home in order to a) help church leaders better understand what the CFM is all about b) help them be better acquainted with the message and ministry of FICM? or c) continue to cultivate their already positive view of the CFM? *What is the current status of your prayer ministry in support of the CFM? Be specific. What do you need to do once you get home to strengthen prayer coverage for the CFM? This may be the most important question of all on this worksheet! *Are there any particular challenges to starting or growing the CFM that you are having difficulty overcoming? If so, what are they? (This would be a good place to ask for wisdom from CFM coaches while you are at the Practicum.) What does God seem to be telling you to do? * How are things going in the development of a CFM Leadership Team? What are the strengths of your leadership team development strategy? What are its weaknesses? What do you need to do once you go home in order to strengthen your CFM Leadership Team? * How do you sense the Lord leading your CFM in beginning/continuing to teach the FICM message at our church? What would be effective at your church? When will you do this? * Do you have any trained encouragers yet in your CFM? If so, what would the Lord have you do in order to continue to support and encourage them? If not, are you ready to conduct some basic encourager training? When will you do that? What will you do (e.g. use the Discipleship Counseling DVDs or “Helping Others Find Freedom in Christ” DVDs)? * Is there anything else that the Lord has been speaking to you about, either through the online courses or through the Practicum which you need to implement once you get home? Be specific. *Clearly, only that which is led by the Spirit of God and accomplished through abiding in Christ will bear fruit. So take what you have written here and take it before the Lord in prayer, asking Him to purify your motives, clarify your direction, edify the people involved in your CFM and glorify His holy name!Submit
